Xiaofan Shen, MD, is a pediatric hematologist specializing in hemostasis/thrombosis and bone marrow failure syndromes at Texas Children's Hospital. She completed medical school and pediatric residency at the University of Texas Southwestern in Dallas, Texas, and pediatric hematology and oncology fellowship at Children's Hospital Los Angeles. She is one of the inpatient associate medical directors for the Cancer and Hematology Centers. She is also a member of Quality and Safety Leadership and has been involved in multiple quality improvement initiatives.
