Postgraduate in Health Excellence Management from the Postgraduate Institute (IPOG) and Specialist in Pediatric Oncology from the Multiprofessional Residency at the Barretos Cancer Hospital. I have a Bachelor's Degree in Nursing from the Ribeirão Preto School of Nursing of the University of São Paulo. I currently work in the Permanent Education Department of the Barretos Cancer Hospital, supporting the training of health professionals through the development of training and educational strategies aimed at improving cancer care. I am also part of the AMARTE Alliance, in partnership with St. Jude Global Nursing, contributing to projects aimed at improving pediatric oncology care in Brazil and other countries. Throughout my career, I have had the opportunity to contribute to scientific production and presentations at congresses on topics such as patient safety and communication with families of children undergoing cancer treatment. I am interested in education, research, and quality of care, and I am always striving to learn and improve in the field of pediatric oncology nursing.
