Kathleen Lee has her Master's in Nursing Education. She is board certified in pediatric nursing (CPN) and pediatric hematology/oncology (HemOnc) nursing (CPHON). With 15 years of HemOnc experience, she is the Patient Care Manager for the Hematology/Oncology unit at Arkansas Children's Hospital. She tracks the data for time to antibiotic administration for F/N patients in the Emergency Depart and collaborates with the department to reduce time for antibiotic administration. She tracks safety trends and collaborates with bedside staff to increase patient safety and is on the Sepsis Oversight Committee.
