My name is Lindsey Blankenship, I am a Registered Nurse on the Inpatient Hematology Oncology Unit at Cincinnati Children's Hospital Medical Center. I obtained my Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Miami University of Ohio and am additionally a Certified Pediatric Hematology Oncology Nurse (CPHON), Certified Pediatric Nurse (CPN), and Certified Pediatric Chemotherapy Biotherapy Provider. I have spent the last nine years focusing my career on pediatric hematology oncology. During my tenure, I have helped spearhead and oversee multiple projects focusing on education, program sustainability, standardization, and quality improvement. I have co-authored a publication in the APHON Journal, and both attended and presented at the Society of Pediatric Nurses Conference and the ANCC National Magnet Conference.
