Jill Melchers works in the Cancer and Blood Diseases Institute at Cincinnati Children's Hospital as an APRN. In addition to clinical shifts, Jill is also the clinical manager for the oncology APP group at Cincinnati Children's. She is currently involved in work involving patient flow within a multilocation system, oncology simulation and team safety, and review of emergency situations to identify common themes and areas for improvement.
