Nursing Professional Development Specialist on an inpatient pediatric hematology/oncology unit in a Midwest Children's Hospital. Certified pediatric nurse who is passionate about education, professional development, and clinical practice. APHON and ANPD member. I started my nursing career 10 years ago on the same unit that I am an NPD for. I have been married for 7 years and now have a 1 year old son who brings so much joy to our life.
