Dana has been a dedicated employee at Children’s Hospital of Orange County (CHOC) for over 35 years. She began her career as a bedside nurse in the hematology/oncology unit before transitioning to outpatient care, where she currently serves as the Assistant Clinical Manager for both the Cancer Clinic and Infusion Center. Dana has actively contributed to positive change through CHOC’s Evidence-Based Practice Program and Performance Excellence Program. She is a recipient of the DAISY Award and the RN Residency Champion Award and serves as a chemotherapy/biotherapy instructor. In addition to her clinical leadership, she has participated in research initiatives aimed at improving patient care. Her passion for quality improvement, education, and patient-centered care continues to shape oncology services at CHOC.
