Rachel Lott graduated with a BSN degree from Duquesne University in 2019 and then earned her Master’s Degree in Nursing Leadership and Administration from Capella University in June 2025. She has worked as a pediatric oncology and bone marrow transplant nurse at UPMC Children’s Hospital of Pittsburgh since 2019. During that time, Rachel has worked as a charge nurse, precepted several new nurses, and achieved certifications in Pediatric Nursing as well as in Blood and Marrow Transplantation. She was nominated for the LeMoyne Award for Nursing Excellence in 2024 and was awarded the OASIS Award in 2022, the Impact Award in 2024, the Cameo of Caring Quality and Safety Award in 2024.
