Emily is a bachelor prepared nurse and has been a hematology oncology nurse for nine years. The first seven years were spent primarily as an inpatient bedside nurse. During that time, she obtained her Certified Pediatric Hematology Oncology certification. In 2023 she transitioned to become the clinical educator for the outpatient hematology oncology infusion center. Since that time, she has obtained her Bone and Marrow Transplant Nurse certification. Her favorite thing about her job is being creative to make learning fun for staff.
