Kristin is a System Advanced Practice Nurse in pediatrics. She began her career as a Hem/Onc nurse and later became a nurse practitioner. She practiced as a nurse practitioner in Hem/Onc for about 20 years. Her area of focus was sickle cell disease and she continues to advocate for this population. In her new position supoorting nursing practice, she continues to impact the care of patients with cancer and blood disorders as she focuses on policy/procedures, quality and safety and evdence based practice.
