Rachel Bright has been a nurse for 15 years. She is a Nurse Leader in Pediatrics at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center (MSK), where she has worked for 12 years. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from New York University and her Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) from Duke University. With 8 years of experience as a Nurse Leader, Rachel has played a pivotal role in expanding pediatric nursing care at MSK. She has lead initiatives to ensure safe nursing care in the regional care networks to increase access for the pediatric patient population in those locations. Rachel is passionate about innovation in healthcare, continuously working to improve patient outcomes and staff development.
