Mikayla Crosby is a bachelor's prepared registered nurse with three years of nursing experience in the emergency department. She serves as a chart auditor, preceptor, mentor for new graduates and other nurses, and serves on the Shared Governance Council. She is the ED project lead in improving our door to antibiotic goal of 60 minutes in our febrile neutropenic patients. She is an active participant in the American Nurses Association and Arkansas Nurses Association who looks forward to pursuing her Master's in Nursing Education.
