A clinical nurse leader, doctoral prepared with 40 years of experience, I worked over 20 years at the bedside caring for pediatric hematology, oncology and bone marrow transplant, and palliative care patients. I have been a leader with this population the past 13 years and currently an Outpatient Clinical Manager for Center for Cancer and Blood Disorders with Children’s Hospital Colorado, Colorado Springs, and Network of Care. I am passionate about coordinating care for kids with medical complexity in complex systems, with the right care at the right time, by the right team. Always focusing on empowerment and transparency, my teams are growth oriented and high performing.
