Ashley attended school at Aurora University for her RN, BSN degree and graduated in December of 2020. She was a nurse in adult oncology for one year and then transitioned her nursing career to pediatric oncology at Ann and Robert H. Lurie Children's Hospital for the past 3 years. Ashley has loved dedicating her nursing career to patients and families facing the unimaginable challenges of pediatric cancer. Her journey has been shaped by a deep passion for pediatric oncology and a commitment for creating moments of connection, comfort and joy in the midst of hardship.
