Monica Russell Clinical Operations Manager

Monica Russell received her Master of Science in Nursing in 2024 and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Henderson State University in 2001. She has been a Pediatric Intensive Care Unit clinical expert and Primary Care Services clinical educator at Arkansas Children's Hospital. Monica obtained her CCRN in 2015 and her CPN in 2022. She is now the Clinical Operations Manager for the Cancer and Blood Disorders Center. She is a member of the national and local chapter of APHON. Monica's passions are improving the quality of hematology and oncology care, staff development and leadership.
