She has been a key stakeholder in various healthcare delivery systems QI projects throughout her healthcare career, which began in 2009 with Arkansas Children's Hospital. Stephanie began working in the field of research in 2021 as a Clinical Research Project Coordinator for hematology/oncology, with the primary focus on bone marrow transplantation and cellular therapies.
