I'm a registered nurse at Boston Children's Hospital and obtained my masterns in nursing education in 2022. In 2023 I created the Inpatient Nurse Navigator role to help ease the burden of discharge education providing small increments of education over the course of admission through discharge. The role has since evolved into new patient education with three INNs in the role.
