In this role, Lindsay drives initiatives that empower frontline nurses, promote evidence-based decision-making, and foster a culture of excellence and engagement across the organization. Her background in high-acuity pediatric care and her passion for elevating the nursing profession make her a respected leader and advocate for clinical innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement. With more than 12 years of nursing experience, including 10 years in pediatric critical care and 8 years in nursing leadership, Lindsay brings both clinical expertise and strategic leadership to advancing nursing practice.
Board-certified as a Clinical Nurse Leader and Nurse Executive, and certified in pediatric critical care nursing, Lindsay is committed to fostering professional growth, recognition, and engagement across the nursing workforce. In her current role, she partners with nurses at all levels to elevate shared decision-making, strengthen professional practice, and celebrate the contributions of nursing excellence.
