I am a dedicated pediatric hematology/oncology nurse with a passion for patient care, education, and research. This past year, I was honored to receive the DEI Nurse of the Year award, recognizing my commitment to fostering an inclusive and supportive healthcare environment. I am actively involved in the nurse residency program at my institution, where I mentor and support new nurses as they transition into practice. Additionally, I serve on the Evidence-Based Practice Council, working to implement research-driven improvements in patient care. My goal is to continuously advance nursing practice while advocating for the best possible outcomes for pediatric patients and their families.
