Denise Lahoski MSN, RN, CNL, CPHON, BMTCN is the Clinical Program Manager for Pediatric Hematology/Oncology/BMT at Cleveland Clinic Children’s Hospital. With 27 years of pediatric hem/onc/bmt experience, Denise has worked continuously to improve care and outcomes for patients and is a champion for children. While implementing evidence-based practices is her passion, she is equally as devoted to mentoring and training the next generation of pediatric hematology/oncology/bmt nurses and by leading through example. Outside of the hospital, Denise enjoys spending time with her husband and three sons travelling and attending sporting events.
