Neely James, MSN, RN, PMP is a seasoned healthcare professional with nearly 30 years of experience. She earned her Nursing Diploma in 1995, followed by a BSN in 2011 and an MSN in Executive Leadership in 2017.
Neely’s clinical expertise lies in high-acuity adult medicine, with a strong background in Cardiovascular ICU and Emergency Department care. Beyond patient care, she has contributed significantly to healthcare education and technology. She played a key role in developing an online education system for a 108-hospital Long-Term Acute Care Hospital (LTACH) network, where she taught live online classes and conducted on-site assessments for over five years.
In 2012, Neely joined St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital as a Clinical Analyst in Patient Care Services, supporting nursing teams with technology implementation, data management, and decision-making. She now serves as a Clinical Project Manager in the Project Management Office, focusing on initiatives that impact clinical staff, particularly nursing teams. With expertise in nursing, technology, and biomedical engineering, she bridges communication across disciplines to drive successful project outcomes.
Neely is ANCC-certified in Nursing Informatics and a Project Management Professional (PMP), certified by the Project Management Institute (PMI). Passionate about supporting healthcare providers, she ensures they have the necessary tools and resources to deliver safe, effective patient care.
