A dedicated nursing professional with over 12 years of experience, I began my healthcare journey as a Patient Care Technician before earning my nursing degree in 2014. Since then, I have built a career in pediatric hematology/oncology, developing expertise in patient care, team leadership, and fostering a positive workplace culture. In 2023, I advanced into the role of Patient Care Manager, where I lead my night-shift team, focusing on staff engagement, professional development, and improving patient outcomes.
Throughout my career, I have been passionate about enhancing team dynamics, trust, and job satisfaction through mentorship and evidence-based leadership. My experience in direct patient care and management has reinforced my commitment to creating an environment that supports both staff well-being and high-quality patient care.
Recently, I earned a master’s degree in nursing education, further strengthening my ability to develop future nurses and support professional growth within my team. With a strong foundation in both clinical practice and education, I am committed to fostering a culture of continuous learning, resilience, and excellence in pediatric nursing.
