Nayda Boehm, MA, BSN, RN, NE-BC is a Director of Nursing at Joe DiMaggio Children’s Hospital, a leading pediatric hospital located in Hollywood, Florida. She oversees the Inpatient Pediatrics service line inclusive of departments providing medical/surgical and oncology (inpatient and outpatient) care. Through her many years of leadership experience, Nayda has guided several outpatient and inpatient departments at Joe DiMaggio and centers her approach through the lens of servant leadership. Nayda has a diverse nursing background which includes pediatric oncology, emergency, and pediatric intensive care nursing. She is a graduate of Gonzaga University, where she completed her Master of Arts in Organizational Leadership and Barry University, where she graduated with her Bachelor of Science in Nursing. Nayda’s passion is supporting and growing other leaders, as well as strengthening shared learning mindsets toward the success of interdisciplinary projects. She is a contributing author to the organization’s successful inaugural Magnet submission, a Daisy Nurse Leader award recipient, and a willing resource peer leaders on their operations and professional development.
